Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of experience in Controllership management
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Interpersonal/leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Effective problem identification and solution skills using analytical and organizational ability.
Responsibilities
- Leading a Financial Reporting Team
- Ensuring accounting compliance and effectiveness of financial and operational controls
- Being a change agent for the Controllership team
- Serving as a problem solver, collaborator, and critical thinker
- Partnering with relevant FP&A leaders to ensure efficient and effective closes
- Managing the accounting of cross product company transactions
- Leading quarterly and year-end analysis necessary for consolidated financial statement and reporting requirements
- Coordinating with Segment Controllers and teams to obtain information relevant for the financial close.
