Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Skilled ERP system user (SAP experience preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis
- 4+ years of experience within Finance and Controlling in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in accounting or finance
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in data analysis – collect, organize, report, and interpret data
- Strong experience in utilizing various financial analysis tools (PowerBi, Business Warehouse, other SAP bolt-on tools, Excel, Microsoft Analyzer)
- Good understanding of database maintenance and design
- Organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop tools for efficient and accurate presentation of financial results
- Assist in defining relevant KPIs and update regular reporting of KPI results
- Assist in the development of dashboards and other monthly or periodic financial reports
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts based on sales and production forecasts received from other departments. Lead in the analysis of sales and production forecasts to communicate and/or adjust expectations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Become a local expert on data mining tools and lead in training of other local finance team members.
- Shadow Operations and Financial Controllers to support long-term professional development and broaden accounting and finance expertise.
