Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years in financial, business partnership, and leadership roles.
- Experience in project management, change management, and executive support preferred.
- Knowledge of digital technology and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization needed; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; the ability to build a compelling business case.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and deliver outcomes.
- Lead budget and forecasting for transformation initiatives and integrate technology value realization management capability across enterprise planning processes.
- Track and report on the financial performance of programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, provide financial support, and lead business initiatives and projects.
- Develop, influence, and lead cross-functional team/s to deliver transformation and value realization outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience in project management, change management, and executive support preferred.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a bonus.
