Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting financial systems, reporting, data analysis, or financial reconciliation activities.
- Prior experience working in the banking or financial services industry required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage reconciliations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Direct experience with Workday Financials required; familiarity with Workday Prism and Accounting Center preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Finance’s data needs by leveraging Workday Financials, Workday Prism, and Accounting Center, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Partner with Finance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into efficient data processes and reporting solutions.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot datasets, accounting sources, and Prism pipelines to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Analyze and corroborate data from multiple sources, implementing solutions to address inconsistencies and improve data reliability.
- Monitor and resolve transaction errors, batch failures and mapping table discrepancies, maintaining consistent flow into the Workday General Ledger.
- Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives by participating in system enhancements, process improvements, and special projects related to financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Workday Prism and Accounting Center preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
