Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting, Economics or a related field (MBA, CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, product finance or a related field, preferably in a high growth, technology manufacturing environment
- Strong financial modeling, analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in financial planning tools, ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to assess the viability and profitability of existing product performance and new product development initiatives
- Provide visibility to cost center spend, its sources of variation driving accountability on behalf of spend owners
- Partner with R&D, supply chain, and operations teams to analyze product costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve overall profitability
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for operational expenses and financial performance tracking to targets
- Work closely with various functions to have new products set up in a timely, consistent manner across regions and systems
- Monitor financial performance against projections, analyze variances and suggest improvements to maximize financial outcomes
