Senior Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
9+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience
Leadership experience strongly desired
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

Partner with business leaders to evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product or service expansions
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions
Support M&A evaluations and integration planning
Serve as a key finance partner for enterprise-wide initiatives and ad hoc executive requests
Oversee preparation of the consolidated periodic mid-month outlook, forecasting, annual planning, and track risk and opportunities
Consolidate financials across business units and provide insights to senior leadership
Enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making
Evaluate capital investment proposals and support ROI analysis
Monitor capital project performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals
