Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Over 5 years in manufacturing equipment design, build, and commissioning
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD)
- Experience in designing bulk materials dispensing equipment and high-speed motion systems
- Familiarity with PLC hardware and automation systems
- Strong communication skills across various engineering and business functions
- A demonstrated track record of innovative hardware design
Responsibilities
- Define preventive maintenance activities on automated equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- Oversee and maintain pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Provide hands-on support for high-volume manufacturing operations
- Optimize equipment settings for quality and throughput in collaboration with production teams
- Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance station performance
