Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations with Fortune 500 or national-scale organizations.
  • Strategic communicator comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
  • Passionate about AI and its transformative potential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Enterprise Implementations: Serve as the strategic lead on high-visibility client rollouts, ensuring cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, legal, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage Full Implementation Lifecycle: Own project planning, scope definition, resource alignment, and success measurement for national clients with large participant bases and multi-product integrations.
  • Facilitate Executive Alignment & Governance: Coordinate key implementation ceremonies (e.g., kickoff workshops, design acceptance reviews, go/no-go checkpoints) and build shared visibility into goals, blockers, and launch timelines.
  • Prototype-Driven Rollouts: Manage delivery of MVP features and prototypes, ensuring client alignment and approval through defined acceptance criteria and QA processes.
  • Scope & Prioritization Stewardship: Balance enterprise client needs with internal priorities. Lead scope management conversations and proactively propose revised timelines when needed to drive quality at scale.
  • Advisor & Partner Enablement: Train and support advisor teams on platform usage, referral paths, and digital workflows. Deliver documentation, demos, and ongoing coaching to maximize engagement and adoption.
  • Rollout Timeline Management: Create and manage phased rollout plans for national employers, including employer onboarding, employee communications, HRIS integrations, and ongoing engagement tactics.
  • Client Success and Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by enabling them to achieve measurable results through the @Work Platform. Effectively report key outcomes to demonstrate value.
  • AI and Product Advocacy: Conduct product demos to showcase our AI capabilities and communicate value to stakeholders.
