Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
Responsibilities
- Effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams throughout Apple.
- Managing multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced setting.
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
- Using a balanced approach to critical thinking paired with tactical execution.
- Demonstrating the ability to create operational frameworks that enhance planning cycles, scorecards, and critical metrics, alongside delivering comprehensive executive reports.
- Swiftly identifying and resolving conflicts while addressing interdependencies and program challenges effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
- Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing active listening to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of leading large teams to establish and achieve success metrics across various programs and portfolios.
- Proficient in navigating a wide range of technical infrastructures.
- Strong practical understanding of user interactions with software and systems.
- Extensive experience in strategic and program delivery, with a focus on teamwork within a matrixed environment.
