Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Proven technical leadership with 4+ years of experience in full-stack development and 2+ years managing highly technical engineering teams
- Strong software design and architecture skills, with experience in API development, schema design, etc.
- Expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript and Python, with a disciplined approach to software development focused on testing and quality
- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React
- Project management expertise, including experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, demonstrating ownership of end-to-end project delivery
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across engineering, product, and design teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to dive deep to drive results

- Stay at the forefront of technology by keeping up with industry trends, integrating new insights into engineering practices, and contributing to technical documentation to support knowledge sharing
