Requirements
- 5 + years of related experience
- DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification, computing environment certification
- Problem solving and oral/written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems
- Provides configuration management support, testing and technical support in the implementation of Army IdAM systems
- Supports efficient and effective IdAM service management process by providing accurate configuration information
- Ensures the integrity and accuracy of configurations required to control the services by maintaining accurate and complete configuration management records
- Participates in Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells and Working Groups (B2C2WG) in support of NETCOM network solutions
- Coordinates, reviews and maintains system documentation guidance on use of IdAM capabilities to all levels of administrators
