Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the functionality and performance of Enterprise Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plan software
- Gather feedback from internal customers to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
- Oversee project progress and costs, communicate status updates with stakeholders, and collaborate with functional areas to address and resolve any issues
- Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to resolve issues and deploy enhancements, ensuring client success
- Develop expertise in the tools and processes, becoming the go-to person and subject matter expert (SME) for the enterprise
