Requirements
- 7 – 10 years of experience in software engineering
- In-depth knowledge of modern software development practices, architectures, and technologies
- Familiarity with both frontend and backend technologies
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in project planning, execution, and delivery
- Experience in Agile development environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and lead large projects
- Communicate across teams and reach out to stakeholders
- Understand, clarify, and refine requirements
- Clearly communicate technical and non-technical thoughts
- Solve unknown problems and deliver solutions
- Continuously improve the code base and uphold high engineering culture
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Perform any other duties required by management
