Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience designing, testing, and integrating x-ray radiation detectors and camera systems in high-energy environments
- Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, including high-speed pulsed circuits and PCB layout for signal integrity
- Hands-on experience with high-speed timing, sensor integration, and data transmission in radiation-hardened environments
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, SPICE, and LabVIEW for system analysis, automation, and testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, testing, and integration of high-speed x-ray radiation detectors and diagnostic camera systems
- Develop and optimize analog and digital circuit designs, including high-speed pulsed circuits and PCB layouts
- Implement and support data transmission, sensor integration, and radiation-hardening techniques for diagnostic systems
- Conduct hands-on testing and debugging of complex electronic hardware in high-energy environments
- Work cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and technicians to refine system requirements and ensure seamless integration
- Utilize MATLAB, Python, SPICE, and LabVIEW for system analysis, automation, and testing
