Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, legal, Information Security, or a related field.
- Knowledge of due diligence processes.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings on complex issues.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Sales, Account Managers, Compliance, and SMEs (Information Security, Cyber Security, Law, and Privacy) to complete client due diligence requests and questionnaires.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs.
- Ensures up-to-date information and documents for client due diligence requests.
- Manages and updates the repository of standard answers and documents.
- Coordinates and participates in client due diligence onsite visits.
- Develops a consistent approach to due diligence response.
- Monitors confidentiality and distribution of requested documentation.
- Authors and analyzes policies, processes, and procedures with the TPRM team and stakeholders.
- Promotes compliant and consistent TPRM workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Develops workflows, policies, and procedures for due diligence requests.
- Communicates policy changes to relevant parties.
- Recommends process improvements.
- Communicates complex information effectively.
- Establishes trust with business partners.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participates in industry events and continuing education.
- Keeps up with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Engages in special projects related to TPRM.
- Develops a holistic view of the organization.
- Promotes risk awareness throughout the enterprise.
- Assists with audits as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in due diligence response or a similar role.
- Advanced degree (JD, MBA, etc.).
- CTPRP certification or equivalent in third-party risk management (or willingness to obtain).
- CISA certification or equivalent in information security (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in financial services or insurance industries.
