Requirements

  • 12+ years in analytical financial roles, with 5+ of those years being within a public company
  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans
  • 5+ years of corporate development experience
  • 5+ years experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level

Responsibilities

  • Develop and track multi-year enterprise-wide Operating Plan, informed by enterprise Strategic Plan. Monitor progress against Operating Plan key metrics, own Operating Committee agendas, and drive follow ups to completion with critical stakeholders
  • Drive all corporate development efforts including evaluation of inorganic opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions, and potential strategic partnerships
  • Lead long-term enterprise-wide financial and capital modeling efforts to help make strategic decisions around future growth initiatives and opportunities
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative evaluation of strategic growth initiatives, including new markets and business lines in conjunction with the Corporate Strategy team
  • Support capital markets activity and Treasury team including potential equity and debt capital markets transactions based on business needs
  • Develop, manage, and coach a high performing Strategic Finance & Corporate Development team
  • Collaborate and influence effectively with executive business line owners and Finance Leadership
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in similar roles, strategy consulting, or financial services background, e.g., private equity, venture capital, investment banking
  • Healthcare experience and market knowledge strongly preferred
