Responsibilities
- Oversee compensation plan strategy, design, policy, and governance for residential sales compensation.
- Analyze sales data and external market trends to make informed decisions to deliver market leading sales comp plan design.
- Design effective KPI’s and Performance measures to evaluate plan design effectiveness and impact on sales behaviors.
- Monitor and adjust sales compensation plans based on external market analysis, sales performance, and business need.
- Partner with functional stakeholders to deliver innovative compensation products and thought leadership to the organization, including supporting compensation product deployment, training and adoption.
- Consult with senior leaders to design and maintain effective sales compensation solutions that align to business strategies.
- Provide direction, coaching, and development for compensation team members.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
