Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s in finance or related field, prefer Master of Business Administration
- 15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or commercial strategy within semiconductor, foundry, or B2B technology industries.
- Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies, PO tracking, and revenue analytics.
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working with global sales, finance, and operations teams to drive alignment.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools, sales analytics platforms, and forecasting models.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Travel – Up to 30%
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Responsibilities
- Lead 8-quarter revenue forecasting, ensuring alignment with GF’s long-term business planning and customer demand trends.
- Oversee Purchase Order (PO) tracking, attainment, and conversion, ensuring execution against committed sales targets.
- Drive in-year ToR forecasting, ensuring clear alignment with GF’s customer schedules and technology roadmaps.
- Oversee N+1 ToR conversion, improving revenue capture and visibility.
- Ensure P+Q forecasting (price and quantity), enabling GF to align capacity planning with customer commitments.
- Establish revenue tracking across technology node, customer segment, and product category to drive greater visibility into sales trends.
- Monitor execution status and outlooks, enabling proactive business decisions in response to shifts in demand and supply chain dynamics.
- Lead data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics through four key segments to assess global revenue trends.
- Conduct share-of-wallet and win/loss analyses, identifying opportunities to increase GF’s penetration within key accounts.
- Maintain real-time dashboards and KPIs, providing executive leadership with actionable insights into revenue performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to define, refine, and align new performance metrics that drive commercial excellence.
