Requirements
- Strong background in product management
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring product managers on essential product management skills
- Proficiency in training product managers on effective Voice of the Customer (VOC) techniques
- Knowledge of best practices for backlog grooming
- Expertise in educating product managers on developing and executing successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Strong leadership skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to provide regular, constructive feedback to product managers
- Proficiency in incorporating software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to streamline workflows
- Expertise in standardizing ways of working, communications, documentation, and reporting
- Ability to manage and allocate resources effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead a new Product Excellence team within the Commercial Success organization
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams
- Streamline workflows and optimize the product development lifecycle
- Ensure that product managers are skilled and empowered to focus on their core responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of data analytics and/or software product management experience
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into impactful product solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, MySQL, and other analytics or project management tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in product management
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus
