Requirements
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in at least one state, with ability to obtain additional licensures.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical dispensing with expertise across key pharmacy domains.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and execute new initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational acumen with a track record of implementing scalable solutions in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and operations of a nationwide pharmacy fulfillment network, including retail, wholesale, and shared services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Business Leadership to manage regulatory risk, maintain licensure, and uphold third-party accreditations.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing system enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of exempt leaders, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians to promote innovation and high standards in patient care.
- Foster a feedback-rich, adaptive team culture aligned with continuous improvement and evolving business needs.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, order fulfillment, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement robust training and onboarding programs for pharmacy staff.
- Stay informed of industry trends and integrate best practices to maintain a world-class quality mindset.
- Support strategic growth through volume expansion and product catalog development in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve both the customer and employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt) or equivalent process improvement credentials.
- Experience managing e-commerce, multi-site pharmacy fulfillment or distribution operations.
