Requirements
- 8 years’ progressive experience in predictive modeling, large data reporting analysis, supporting HRIS or related systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or related field
- Experience communicating the results of analysis with product and leadership teams to influence the strategy of the product
- Experience leading and mentoring a team and helping to foster/create a ‘great place to work’
- Experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted analytical leader and partner to HR leaders and proactively identify improvement opportunities through analytics
- Leads multi-location team to ensure that insights and analytic work is completed timely with simple solutions and with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals.
- Oversight of team output to ensure simple solutions are provided to internal customers as it relates to communicating data insights.
- Acts as a mentor to direct reports and supports the professional development of all team members to foster a supportive and collaborative culture.
- Ensures all company, national, local, and other applicable compliance requirements are met.
- Creates standard procedures and integrates practices and processes into day-to-day operations management.
- Partners with HR Business Partners, HR Service Center, Legal, and other COEs, as necessary, to ensure that reporting solutions and insights, analytical tools and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users.
- Leads the development, reporting, and review of metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement process improvements.
- Establishes productivity and performance standards to ensure levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods
- Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will provide insight into issues and trends that impact operational effectiveness
- Partner with enterprise data and analytic services to leverage available tools to support HR data and analytics.
- Built and/or maintain a data architecture that supports and drives above responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics or related field
- 6 years’ experience building and maintaining data architecture
