Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the technology or digital services sector.
- Proven experience in managing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage existing partnerships to maintain revenue growth and enhance the value proposition of Yahoo Mail.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the potential of current partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with the finance team to monitor and report on the financial performance of partnerships.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager and senior leadership team on partnership status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
