Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ (13+ with advanced degree) years of combined marketing, strategy, sales and/or business development experience
  • 8+ years of managerial experience
  • Medical device industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and create strategies and business plans that advance the CDS business
  • Lead strategic planning process, inclusive of cross-functional input, alignment to strategic priorities, and funding priorities to advance the vision for the business
  • Lead external partnership opportunities to strategically advance the business
  • Focus direct team and broader organization on the vision
  • Partner pan-CRM to ensure strategic goals and initiatives are communicated clearly and buy-in is generated for paths forward
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic planning, decision making and prioritization, while employing the appropriate level of governance and operating mechanisms to achieve overall business goals
  • Design, manage and drive accountability against key metrics and milestones to enable path to strategic decisions
  • Identify, hire and develop team members who will lead the strategic programs and initiatives prioritized for the CDS business
  • Inspire the organization to employ the vision of CDS
