Responsibilities
- Seeking to build strong relationships and trust with key customers identified as strategic to the growth of the business.
- Articulating our industry-leading solutions, which include Data Center/Storage, Cloud, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and IoT, to enable your customers to realize the highest levels of success.
- Support, mentor, and motivate a team of experienced global client executives in the region.
- Motivate matrixed resources to engage with the sales team and drive accountability, ensuring collaboration and cohesion among sales leaders and the sales ecosystem within the region.
- Set team expectations in alignment with the company strategy and manage the team through the transformation process, ensuring alignment corporate solution focus.
- Lead and coach the performance of your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture with a focus on winning, showing up and delivering consistent outcomes quarter over quarter.
- Forecast the business accurately and timely, consolidating inputs all client executives and ensuring a unified forecast.
- Driving a planning strategy by account that identifies key areas of growth and fosters engagement of key company resources.
