Requirements

  • Typically, 10+ years of successful experience in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, operational excellence, or related fields, including demonstrable experience executing at scale.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional operations, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic alignment within rapidly growing, dynamic organizations.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary product management principles, including deep familiarity with agile, customer-focused methodologies as advocated by Silicon Valley Product Group.
  • Demonstrable skills in leveraging AI to enhance productivity, product operational processes, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives influencing executive-level decisions.
  • Demonstrated capacity for driving significant organizational change, promoting innovation, and influencing operational efficiency and effectiveness enterprise wide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio-wide planning and rhythm-of-business activities, to ensure alignment with business objectives while streamlining operations and enhancing organizational agility.
  • Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team, clearly communicating complex operational insights through storytelling with data to inform critical business decisions and align on strategic priorities.
  • Provide strategic oversight and lead cross-departmental initiatives involving Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other key functions, ensuring alignment and collaborative execution of high-impact projects.
  • Continuously improve and optimize enterprise-wide product development processes, lifecycle management, and operational frameworks to foster agile, outcome-driven product management.
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous challenges across multiple departments and geographical regions, leveraging deep analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team that will evangelize our product operating model and empower product team members to execute more effectively, including use of ‘fit for purpose’ AI tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA) strongly preferred, with relevant certifications in product management, leadership, or operational excellence considered advantageous.
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in fintech, payments, financial services, or related B2B industries strongly preferred.
