Responsibilities

  • Re-envision sales strategies and operational processes to ensure they are agile, effective, and aligned with broader company goals.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and outdated practices, introducing cutting-edge tools and methodologies that optimize every step of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in the sales process, crafting solutions that drive both immediate results and long-term growth.
  • Leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to remove manual tasks, allowing the sales and operations teams to focus on high-value activities.
  • Ensure that sales technology is aligned with both the needs of the team and the broader business strategy, providing real-time insights that drive results.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment across the organization.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between the commercial operations team and sales leadership to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to align cross-functional initiatives with the overall sales strategy, ensuring greater organizational alignment.
  • Oversee an organization of ~40 individuals (~5 direct reports), fostering professional growth and retaining valuable talent through coaching and development opportunities.
  • Drive the evolution of the sales team, empowering them to adopt new methods, tools, and processes that enhance their capabilities and performance.
