Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or go to market roles, preferably with experience with emerging initiatives within digital innovation.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies that harmonize with the global Vision Care Commercial teams and Franchise and Digital strategy.
  • Craft and execute innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives for market launches and updates, which can include first launch within global territories.
  • Working closely with Franchise and/or Commercial teams to define commercial models for digital products and platform including revenue, pricing strategies, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) and contract execution.
  • Supervise the development of marketing assets in partnership with agency experts, upholding brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead strategic partnerships in the area of digital and technology to further expand and enhance the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with regional downstream sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and demand creation initiatives across diverse channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, industry congresses and events.
  • Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of successful product launches by orchestrating activities across departments for seamless execution.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
