Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in global services sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on Enterprise Services Management (ESM) or a similar services domain
- Proven success in leading high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams
- Deep experience in the ESM space, including IT services, enterprise service management solutions, or related fields such as SaaS or cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Exceptional ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Expertise in managing complex global sales cycles, including strategic selling, large deals, and high-level negotiations
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team, mentoring, and creating a collaborative and results-driven culture
- Advanced knowledge of sales and CRM tools and the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present at an executive level
- A deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive pressures within the ESM and broader services space.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global strategy for ESM (Enterprise Services Management) sales, working with regional leaders to drive alignment and achieve sales objectives
- Set the strategic direction for services sales, including target setting, forecasting, and revenue generation across all global markets
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance service delivery, customer adoption, and market growth in the ESM space
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performance, globally distributed services sales team, ensuring continuous professional development and achievement of sales targets
- Drive significant revenue growth in the ESM services portfolio through both new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships
- Identify, target, and close high-value enterprise opportunities while maintaining a focus on strategic, long-term client relationships
- Develop and implement initiatives to penetrate new markets and verticals with ESM services offerings
- Ensure that the sales pipeline is healthy, accurately tracked, and properly managed to meet financial and strategic goals
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives across global enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor in ESM solutions
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including contract negotiations, deal structuring, and service agreements
- Proactively engage with enterprise clients to identify opportunities for service optimization, solution expansion, and future strategic engagements
- Ensure that client satisfaction remains high throughout the sales cycle and post-sale execution, working closely with delivery and customer success teams
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure service offerings align with market demands, customer pain points, and evolving industry trends
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to improve the service offerings and address client requirements
- Partner with regional sales leaders and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of services sales and successful implementation of solutions across diverse geographies
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes, particularly in the ESM space, to position services offerings effectively and identify new growth areas
- Leverage industry research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform the development of differentiated service offerings
- Promote thought leadership within the organization and externally by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums
- Regularly assess and report on the performance of the global services sales team, providing clear visibility into progress against targets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor the success of service offerings post-sale, ensuring smooth transitions to delivery teams and maintaining ongoing client satisfaction
- Utilize analytics and sales performance metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement within the sales process.

- Experience in working with global service delivery teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of working with clients across multiple industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, healthcare)
- In-depth understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital transformation initiatives within enterprise organizations
