Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or a related clinical field required; advanced clinical degree (MSN, DNP) strongly preferred.
  • Active nursing license is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, informatics, nursing or value-based selling, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of IDN operations, clinical decision-making, and the US healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic conversations at the executive level and to align offerings with customer pain points and business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working in a matrixed commercial environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ES&I team to drive enterprise-level strategies that align Baxter solutions with the goals of top-tier IDNs and health systems.
  • Engage directly with clinical healthcare executives (CNO, VP Patient Care Services, VP Nursing, CNIO, VP Quality and Patient Safety, etc..) to communicate the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of Baxter’s solutions using data-driven insights and evidence-based approaches.
  • Partner with Enterprise Corporate Accounts and Field commercial leadership to shape and support customer engagement strategies across the top 120 IDNs and all business units.
  • Translate complex clinical and economic data into compelling, tailored narratives that support purchasing and partnership decisions.
  • Oversee the development of strategic deliverables such as value propositions, ROI models, and executive presentations.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment on shared customer strategies and priorities in a matrixed sales organization.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare trends, IDN consolidation, reimbursement models, and informatics developments to ensure Baxter’s strategies remain forward-looking and customer-centric.
  • Develop KPIs to assess ES&I team impact on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their development and ensure best-in-class performance.
  • Expected travel 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced clinical degree (MSN, DNP) strongly preferred.
