Requirements
- 12+ years in an engineering management role
- 6+ years in a Senior leadership role (org size 75+)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field
Responsibilities
- Shape and grow a high performance engineering team with some of the highest scale production responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and develop senior engineers, managers, and leaders
- Create a culture and practice of raising the bar as well as delivering world class engineering systems and products
- Partner closely with all functions in the company to develop innovative solutions that create a cohesive and powerful creator platform
