Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 7+ years in Real Estate Compliance, Operations, Risk Mitigation or equivalent work experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and manage demanding deadlines
- Ability to recognize and analyze risk
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to audit own work
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity and knowledge of commercial real estate loan documents & requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team responsible for operational risk and vendor management
- Portfolio and client analysis to identify and analyze imminent and potential risks
- Internal control enhancement and implementation
- Quality control development and oversight
- Proactive fraud prevention
- Policy & Procedure updates and implementation
- Interpretation and implementation of agency, lender, and regulatory requirements and changes
- Oversight of JREC’s Vendor Management Program
