Responsibilities
- Lead complex process improvement and workflow automation initiatives within a fast-paced environment across the Enterprise.
- Facilitate the design and build of workflow solutions in a no-code / low-code environment.
- Oversee the solution deployment process and assists with change management and implementation of process improvements and workflow solutions.
- Leverage business acumen and soft skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization.
- Provide assistance in the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services.
- Provide thought leadership to continuously improve business processes and share best practices with the community of practice.
- Consult with technology partners and business leaders to determine the most effective solution to problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management consulting experience, preferably at a Big 4 consulting firm or financial institution
- 2+ years of DMAIC process improvement experience
- 2+ years of experience with workflow automation tools (Alfresco, Microsoft PowerApps, PEGA, Camunda)
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written presentation skills with an audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process engineering
