Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience leading automation initiatives in large-scale IT infrastructure environments
- Deep understanding of SoundhoundAI:Autonomics and other automation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and scripting for system automation
- Strong grasp of networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and RESTful API development
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
- Unix experience
- Exposure to cognitive automation technologies
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
- Flexible, can-do and learning attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automation using SoundhoundAI:Autonomics and Automation modules
- Collaborate with Mastercard OCC leads to identify value-add automations aligned with business goals
- Develop solutions to improve event correlation
- Reduce escalations to senior teams
- Increase first-call resolution
- Drive down customer-facing incidents by 50%
- Enable 90% incident resolution at the OCC level
- Implement automatic problem remediation processes
- Introduce CSI’s best practices and automation libraries to fast-track solution delivery
- Mentor and support Mastercard staff in automation design and development, as needed
