Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Wealth Operations or a related area.
- Knowledge of VBA, Excel, Python/PySpark, Databricks, MS Access, JIRA, Confluence; experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills required to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Experience in process documentation and creating detailed process maps.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Experience in Reporting, Data and Risk Governance or related roles in Business, Governance, Risk and Controls is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and within scope delivery of outcomes.
- Effectively communicate project status and promptly escalate issues to meet timelines and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and cultivate relationships with Wealth Operations pillars to foster collaborative success.
- Develop documentation for requirements, process changes, solutions, and best practices to maintain consistency across the team.
- Develop and optimize processes using Excel VBA for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot existing complex VBA code used for automation of operational processes.
- Experience writing code in Python/Databricks/PySpark, with the ability to troubleshoot solutions.
- Proficiency in platforms like Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform for automating and simplifying processes.
- Experience in reporting and advanced data analysis techniques to derive insights and create meaningful visualizations.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and mitigate risks.
- Analyze problems and create innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct technical analysis on EUCs/RPAs, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Enforce data governance and risk management best practices as directed by the EUC Governance Lead.
- Coordinate with Wealth Operations teams to share knowledge on data access, controls, management, and automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity to explore new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to transform business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.
