Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or Textile Design and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation
- OR No Degree and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a design-related occupation
- Experience must include: Concept design, Graphic design, Corporate design, Information design, Scenography, Adobe creative suite
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Graphic Design, Color Design, Development, and Product Management teams
- Lead the design product processes to ensure design deliverables and timelines are met
- Collaborate with Design Leadership and team members in Design, Graphics, Development and Merchandising
- Oversee concept explorations and provide prototype sampling information
- Monitor the development of prototype samples and interact with our Development, Pattern Making, Material, and the Sample Room
- Maintain and expand upon expert knowledge of current trends, color, and consumer-related products through market travel and research
- Provide mentorship and leadership to other designers and team members
- Drive the category creative direction through apparel design and innovations
- Concept and create seasonal collections and work with manufacturers while working directly with athletes and collaborators
