Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 5 years additional equivalent DBE experience)
- 10+ years of Database Engineering experience on similar projects
- Proficiency in Python, MongoDB/MariaDB, Django/Flask
- Experience with ReST endpoints and microservices
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation and streamlining of security processes
- Spearhead the transition from manual to automated system security evaluation
- Develop innovative capabilities focusing on automation, efficiency, and continuous monitoring
- Provide expert guidance on database design, development, and implementation
- Develop and maintain database structures aligned with system architecture
- Create innovative workflows to optimize existing processes
- Lead development of database structures, parsers, and loaders
- Support Python-based ReST endpoints and microservices using Django and Flask
- Manage data models for MariaDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Swagger, AWS/C2S, Docker, and Visual Studio Code
- Experience with JSON/XML serialization, Jira, Confluence, and Git
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
