Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Information Systems, or closely related field minimum
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in higher education or non-profit development preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in query and report building in a development CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (i.e. Raiser’s Edge, Ellucian, Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent computer software proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze substantial amounts of data
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Designs, creates, and maintains queries, reports, and dashboards for reporting, analysis, and data imports
- Identifies relevant data and metrics for analysis
- Reviews, cleans, and pre-processes large data sets in excel, Raiser’s Edge and all other software subscriptions in the department
- Collaborates with Advancement leadership to ensure data integrity and that key stakeholders are receiving pertinent information for fundraising
- Provides support to the team, which includes creating queries, reports, lists for mailings, projects, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in higher education or non-profit development preferred
