Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years’ experience in an analytics related field
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years’ experience in an analytics related field
- 5 years’ experience in an analytics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Developing, enhancing, & maintaining transportation forecasts while driving accuracy & granularity improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with other data and business teams to provide integrated forecasting solutions
- Communicate business-critical outcomes effectively with leaders and multiple business partners
- Lead the efforts on forecasting, developing time series forecasting models to provide visibility of future available workload that highlights risks easily
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders
- Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data science, machine learning, optimization models
- Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
- Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
- Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
