Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Performing data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques
• Working with R and Python programming languages
• Working with SQL and its use in code-based DBT ETL framework
• Working with ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical data modeling, aggregations, and metrics
• Utilizing Domo and Tableau BI tools and data visualization techniques
• Working with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms
• Working with financial concepts or fintech software
• Performing statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and data modeling
• Utilizing machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, data visualization, and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop and optimize large-scale data workflows and processing frameworks
• Build and maintain robust data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data streaming pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture and establish data governance best practices
• Research, design, develop, and implement data solutions to solve complex business problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data systems, pipelines, and infrastructure
• Architect and maintain data ingestion workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
• Implement and optimize distributed storage solutions for high-volume, high-velocity financial data
• Lead root cause analysis for complex data pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks
• Develop and enforce data engineering standards, coding guidelines, and security policies
