Requirements
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and Amazon’s shipping policies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data and identify trends and optimize processes
- Highly proficient in SQL, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel
Responsibilities
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to understand their analytics needs and the best possible solutions
- Develop, refine, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation operations
- Generate regular reports on delivery performance metrics, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in transportation, inventory management, and supply planning with a master’s degree in supply chain/industrial engineering (5 years without a master’s degree)
- 1+ years of E-commerce Domain Expertise is highly preferred (Retail, e-commerce, and Supply chain)
- Knowledge of delivery management systems and logistics technologies
- Basic understanding of other programming languages like Python, Java Script, HTML etc.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred
