Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics projects with minimal supervision.

- Perform advanced data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques where appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business units to influence strategy and decision-making.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Maintain and promote data quality, integrity, and governance within operational datasets.
