Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in data analysis or related field with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes, plus if you have worked within a start-up
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python / Pandas
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to present insights from analysis – previous experience with enterprise business intelligence tools, such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker
- Exceptional ability to clearly articulate data analyses, both verbally and in written form
- A team player who can easily adapt and be flexible with a wide scope of responsibilities
- Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to achieving goals
- Proven ability to take initiative, operate independently, and act like an owner
- Experience building in fast-moving environments and a strong desire to thrive in an early stage startup
- Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through — you can’t help but ask ‘why?’ and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of data analyses, models and statistical techniques to uncover insights, trends and opportunities
- Design, build and maintain complex data dashboards and reports using enterprise business intelligence tools to present actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data requirements, and ensure accurate and relevant data presentations
- Provide guidance on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices
