Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of conducting reporting & analysis in a fast-paced business environment
- Demonstrated proficiency using SQL, Google Analytics, and a BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.
Responsibilities
- Function as an analytical partner to our product teams
- Utilize data to understand user needs and behavior patterns and recommend initiatives which improve user experience
- Provide detailed answers to key questions and offer insight-driven recommendations to the business based on product and core KPIs
- Serve as a technical mentor within the analytics team
- Help establish best practices for data analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate analytical thinking throughout the organization
