Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics
- Fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and combining data as needed
- Uncover stakeholders’ real needs and deliver insights, dashboards, and data products that are highly usable and maintainable
- Can take big, ambiguous projects, break them down, and come out with clear, actionable recommendations
- Understand that documentation and enablement are critical to (1) scale your knowledge and influence across the org and (2) avoid becoming a bottleneck
- Enjoy solving new problems and learning new skills
- Enjoy teaching others and can break down complicated topics and explain them to anyone
- Approach your work like a product manager
- Able to effectively prioritize work that is the most important and/or most urgent and effectively communicate priorities to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert on how our business and products are performing
- Partner with leaders from across the org to define and build data infrastructure that enables them to make data-driven decisions
- Build dashboards and resources that are easy to use and maintain
- Make sure the right questions are being asked and the right decisions are being made
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer fintech, credit products, or card programs
- Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Comfortable with Spanish (a plus, not a requirement)
