Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Credit or Equipment Finance experience
- Bilingual (French & English)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers in the Loan Recovery Group segment
- Develop collections strategy and file strategy for the Small Business / Commercial / Corporate Banking segment
- Assess and adjudicate credit applications with the appropriate level of risk assessment
- Deliver exceptional service at every interaction and execute on plans to continuously improve the customer experience
- Lead, support, mentor and provide guidance to your team and within the Unit
Preferred Qualifications
