Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
- Proven M&A experience, including familiarity with transaction legal documentation
- Familiarity with all aspects of the M&A deal process, including business development, due diligence, and transaction negotiation (experience with integration appreciated but is not required)
- Fluency with leveraged buyout models, operating models, and other cash-flow based valuation models
- Strong financial and accounting skills with the ability to structure complex models
- A team player with excellent judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Deerfield Beach, FL (hybrid work model)
- Ability to travel up to 35%
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, build deal pipelines, and establish relationships with executives and investment bankers
- Create valuation models, coordinate due diligence, and assist in negotiations and legal documentation
- Work with corporate functions to ensure smooth post-acquisition transitions
- Engage with internal stakeholders, adhere to corporate guidelines, and drive continuous improvement
