Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, create, maintain, and execute an innovative and strategic product architecture related to event tickets, hospitality, and travel experiences that is in line with the core values and vision of our Olympic Hospitality Programme.
  • Extensive use of Inventory Management System(s) to build and manage product offerings, maintain web content, manage inventory, and extract data for the purposes of analytical and operational needs.
  • Use of software platforms to create financial modeling, data analysis, market research, and other necessary tools to help inform decision making and manage projects.
  • Manage relationship and collaborate with other internal functional areas to ensure the team’s success in building and managing product offerings.
  • Evaluate and document opportunities to improve quality across all product offerings and within the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other internal functional areas in order to build, improve, and manage product offerings.
  • As product expert and creator, provide product support specifically related to the needs of Sales & Marketing and Guest Services; host trainings and create informational documents for use.
  • Work closely with our Digital Technology teams to develop strategic ecommerce and operational solutions for our product offerings, including system enhancements, testing and quality assurance, and bug resolution.
  • Develop knowledge of the industry to recognize market trends, identify and analyze competitors, and develop strategies to grow our business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry. Experience working with ticketing, venues, and other elements related to revenue generation and inventory management preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
