Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, ideally in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email rendering best practices across devices and platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize campaigns and influence strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of email campaigns from planning and content coordination to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage the production and deployment of emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform), including audience segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
- Maintain and optimize automated journeys and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Align campaign timelines and deliverables with business priorities and key event milestones.
- Partner with internal teams to develop email content that is compelling, accurate, and brand-consistent.
- Source, proofread, and QA content, ensuring emails meet creative standards and platform-specific requirements.
- Edit and format HTML/CSS email templates as needed for campaign execution and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to enhance visual storytelling and user experience through email.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns, improve targeting, and refine content strategy.
- Track engagement trends and audience behavior to inform email strategy and testing plans.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy laws.
- Support CRM and database hygiene efforts, including audience segmentation, suppression lists, and consent management.
- Partner with Data and CRM teams to grow and refine subscriber lists through targeted acquisition and engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with customer segmentation strategies and CRM systems.
- Prior experience working on ticketing, live event, or travel campaigns.
- Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent campaigns.
