Senior Contract Management Specialist

Ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
10+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing complex USG contracts and subcontracts under USG primes
10+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
10+ years of experience working with acquisition policies, e.g., USG Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (FAR/DFARS) regulations

Exercises appropriate signature authority, oversees and participates with a strategic perspective in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of E&IS products, and services
Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
Summarizes highly complex contractual issues, oversees and consults on the development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation
Represents the company in external negotiations to a broad set of customers including but not limited to the U.S. Government (USG), international, commercial entities, and public/private institutions
Coordinates flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with supplier management
Facilitates prompt payment and support the achievement of company financial goals and objectives
Ensures strategic alignment and partnership with other internal functional disciplines

Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Experience with both competitive and non-competitive proposal development
Ability to perform with a significant amount of autonomy and exercise good judgment in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Ability to advise all levels of management on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, strategy, and problem solving
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced personnel
