Requirements
- 3+ years of contracting experience
- 3+ years of contract redlining and comparison experience, expert level.
- Proficient in excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
Responsibilities
- Support a group that plays an important role in reducing the costs of goods for clients and helping to make pharmaceuticals more accessible.
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to generate, red-line, and prepare contract documents for signature as part of finalizing CVS Caremark’s negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Work on a variety of document types and across many contracted relationships.
- Track document status and work with the team to prioritize documents based on multiple considerations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years work experience in contracting space or health insurance.
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) knowledge preferred
- 4+ pharmaceutical manufacturer, or relevant healthcare experience
